Real Estate is one of my many passions. I first acquired my real estate license in 1991, however, I have not been a realtor continuously. I pursued many other avenues that I now realize have made me an even better realtor. I met my wife at college. She needed a ride home, and I was the guy with the car. She still goes to college, as she has her doctorate and teaches at a local college. Together we have three sons who all have great families. Of course, our grandchildren are perfect. My wife is especially glad to have some girls in the family. Some of my credentials: Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) - Certification is specifically designed to enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values. Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) - The RENE certification program gives REALTORS® the tips and tools they need to be skillful advocates for their clients. Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) - The Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification is for REALTORS® who specialize in buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in resort, recreational, and/or vacation destinations. Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) - The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria. I am also been a member of: The Institute of Luxury Homes Marketing - Members of The Institute actively seek out the latest information in marketing strategies, stay on top of changing market conditions, and know how to handle the special needs of an elite clientele and their exceptional properties. And they are always looking to take their skills, contacts and opportunities even further. American Warrior Certified - The objective of the non-profit American Warrior Initiative 501(c)3 is to educate, encourage and inspire Americans to give back to our military. A key part of this initiative is the education platform for real estate agents and mortgage professionals. Century 21 Relocation Team - This gives me world-wide connections to other trained professionals, so that if I am not able to personally able to help you I have access to other Real Estate Professionals, Lenders, etc. Many of the programs I have access to can provide a substantial savings. My slogan is "Helping you make the right move!" I purpose to have your best interest in mind and help you navigate the process of selling or purchasing a home
